Consignor Agreement

I agree to the following terms:

 

1.  Sellers who work a shift will receive 70% of the total of their items sold.  A $5.00 registration fee will be deducted from your check.

2.  Sellers who choose not to work a shift will receive 50% of the total sale of their items and will also pay the $5.00 registration fee that will be deducted from their check.  Angels’ Attic will then keep 50% of the sale also.

3.  Items that are not marked for donations and are left after 2:30pm on Saturday will be donated.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

4.  Angels’ Attic is not responsible for items lost, stolen or missing tags.  We will try to maintain as safe an environment as possible to avoid this.

5.  Consignors must provide a legal sized self-addressed stamped envelope with consignor number on the bottom left corner.  If one is not provided, there will be a $2.00 charge. 

6.  Consignors will be mailed their checks within 10-15 business days from the end of the sale. 

7.  I agree to follow the instructions in the consignor packet

8.  ___I will sign up to work a shift.  I will earn 70% of my final sales minus the $5.00 registration fee that will be deducted from my check.

___I do not wish to work a shift.  I will earn 50% of my final sales minus the $5.00 registration fee that will be deducted from my check.
